This stablecoin solution (Trade2B) is a HKD-pegged stablecoin solution (maintaining 1:1 parity with the Hong Kong dollar) adopting a full-reserve model and designed strictly in accordance with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) stablecoin regulatory framework. It aims to facilitate efficient, convenient, and reliable (cross-border) trade payment and settlement, and is not an investment product or security.

*Statement on License Status: The stablecoin solution mentioned on this website is currently in the application stage for a stablecoin issuer license from the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (as one of the second batch of applicants). Pursuant to the Stablecoins Ordinance (Chapter 656 of the Laws of Hong Kong), the issuance of fiat-referenced stablecoins may only be formally conducted after obtaining an HKMA license. As of today, such license has not yet been granted, and the stablecoin has not been officially launched. This website is intended solely to showcase Trade2B's technical framework and compliance design direction in the stablecoin field, and does not represent regulatory approval or constitute an offer of any financial product.
